Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Claims Specialist,
Medicaid to process claims for members, providers, and
employers.
Key Responsibilities
Process claims for members, providers, and employers
Provide and interpret detailed benefit, eligibility, and premium
information
Respond to claim inquiries and resolve member issues or
concerns
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with claims, customer service, or
accounting
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
2+ years' customer service experience in a healthcare or insurance
environment (preferred)
2+ years' experience processing insurance claims (preferred)
2+ years' experience in membership accounting (preferred)
