Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Specialist Lead to manage and
resolve complex claims in the Major Case Transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze claims exposure and litigation to plan appropriate
resolutions
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective
communication with all parties involved in the claims process
Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to
support claim outcomes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 7 years related claims experience
Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and reciprocals (must be
willing to obtain all licenses within specified timeframe)
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
