Solution Architecture Team Leader to lead a team of solution
architects, and provide consulting services across various IT
Services. This position will be full-time and remote.What You'll
DoLeadership and Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of solution
architects, providing guidance, support, and professional
development opportunitiesFoster a collaborative and innovative team
environmentSet clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics
for the teamParticipate in recruitingManage staff on-boarding /
off-boardingSolution Design and Architecture:Work closely with
clients to understand their business needs and technical
requirementsDevelop comprehensive solution architectures that align
with client objectives and industry best practicesOversee the
creation of detailed design documentation, including system
architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration
plansClient Engagement and Consulting:Serve as a trusted advisor to
clients, providing expert recommendations and strategic
insightsFacilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with
clients to gather requirements and present solutionsBuild and
maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of
client satisfactionProject Management:Collaborate with project
managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource
requirementsDevelop Ballpark Estimates to inform
decision-makingIdentify and mitigate risks associated with solution
architecture and implementationTechnical Expertise:Stay up to date
with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in
solution architectureProvide technical leadership and guidance to
the team on complex architectural challengesDrive innovation by
exploring new tools, frameworks, and methodologiesManage
policy/security audits of software, platforms, and infrastructure
hosted by third partiesOversee the annual assessment of the health
of applications supported by the CAI teamCollaboration and
Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including
developers, business analysts, infrastructure admins, and project
managers, to ensure seamless project executionCommunicate
effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams
to executive leadershipPromote knowledge sharing and collaboration
within the team and across the organizationWhat You'll
NeedRequired:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science,
Engineering, or related field10+ years of IT experience2+ years of
supervisory experience leading technical staffExcellent written and
oral communicationPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and
successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with
the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work
that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with
occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings,
