Retail Sales Lead
Join our team as a Retail Sales Lead and drive business growth by uncovering incremental selling opportunities in the Shoreline, Washington territory. Collaborate with retail partners and account teams to grow your territory and become the partner of choice. Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and negotiate business plans with key decision-makers, leveraging business intelligence data and analytical tools.
• Drive results by delivering on key metrics such as POS budget, call coverage, and maintaining a "perfect shelf" strategy.
• Build relationships by implementing creative ideas and innovative solutions to overcome roadblocks and selling within the grocery landscape. Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with fundamental technology skills such as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Learning agility, robust problem-solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated self-reliance by successfully managing projects from inception to completion, consistently achieving goals without constant supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • This is a driving role which requires the use of a personal vehicle. What We Offer:
