Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse --- Home Health - Travel - (HH RN) StartDate: 4/14/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2206.92 - $2432.12 This outstanding Facility is looking for the right Home Health RN to join their team of compassionate and driven health care professionals. Required Qualifications Home Health and Oasis experience Evergreen's minimum booking requirement is 25 days out Evergreen is requiring all employees and contract staff to have the Covid and Infuenza vaccine. Per communication with all employees, there are only 2 options to opt out: "Those of our colleagues who decline the vaccine for medical or religious reasons will not be subject to criticism or penalized in any way. We WILL require the completion of a formal declination form and confirmation in writing from the individual's physician or religious leader. Personal preference declinations will not be accepted." Client will not allow a negative titer result if there is any known history of past positive TB results (will need to get CXR) Preferred Qualifications EPIC experience preferred Facility Location Kirkland is a suburb of Seattle and the 9th largest city in King County.
