Overview
Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit
organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking
research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. Based in
Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer
Institute-designated cancer center in Washington.

The Associate Director, DEI Client Services & Program Strategy
collaborates with the Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity &
Inclusion Officer (VPCDEIO) to build DEI capacity within the
organization's leadership, implementing the DEI Strategic Plan
across units. This role involves developing and maintaining the DEI
Core Communications Plan, conducting research projects to support
strategic initiatives, and delivering educational programs. The
Associate Director, DEI Client Services & Program Strategy partners
with various departments to align DEI messaging, serves on
committees to advance DEI goals, and mentors team members in DEI
practices and leadership development.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $137,260 to
$216,923, and pay offered will be based on experience and
qualifications.
This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
