Role:A Private/Healthcare Relationship Manager IV develops,
advises, manages, and retains Private and Professional Banking
client relationships. Wealth management services to these
clientsinclude:deposit, cash management, credit, investment
management, and trust services.
- Business development of client relationships
- Advises clients on wealth management and implementation
strategies
- Manage and review client relationships on an ongoing
basis.
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced understanding and
development of all Wealth Management servicesincluding:consumer and
commercial credit structures and solutions, financial planning,
deposit solutions, investment management solutions, and trust
solutions
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned
job function and applies to designated job responsibilities -
knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training.
Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance
regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific
training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and
procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E,
Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job
description.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach
coursework as subject matter expert.
- Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Umpqua corporate

- May perform other duties as assigned.About You:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Certified Financial Planner designation, preferred.
- 9 years ofPrivate Banking/Commercial Banking experience,
required.

$139,934.00,and the pay rate for theselected candidate isdependent
