Job Description:

A company is looking for a Cyber Endpoint Engineer with CrowdStrike experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop expertise in the CrowdStrike software suite and act as the primary escalation point for technical support issues
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics for CrowdStrike applications across various operating systems
Collaborate with team members and vendor support to resolve complex technical issues and enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Experience with CrowdStrike software suite
Proficiency in troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
Familiarity with support documentation and knowledge base development
Commitment to staying current with product updates and industry trends
