instead of the past. As an Engineer, you will work as part of a
global team supported by our business and architecture partners to
help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading
technology solutions that drive lululemon's business goals. a day
in the life: what you'll do As an Engineer II, you will bring a
high level of technical knowledge, but also an ability to spread
knowledge to your co-workers. You will help form the core of our
engineering practice at lululemon by contributing to all areas of
development and operations (pre-production to production). You will
be an example of what good engineering looks like and help others
around you refine their skills. You will collaborate with product
managers, designers, and other engineers in contributing to define,
design, and the implementation of new features for our mobile
application. You will be expected to maintain a robust and scalable
codebase while following best practices and architectural patterns.
You will be expected to conduct code reviews, provide constructive
feedback and help to mentor less experienced members of your
team.
- Participate and work closely with team members in Agile
ceremonies
- Using your in-depth knowledge of all things iOS to help design,
develop and deliver innovative new experiences to our mobile
application
- Apply your experience in developing iOS applications to help
drive technical conversations with peers form different backgrounds
across different teams
- Willing to explore and learn new technologies outside your
comfort zone
- Participating contributor for product roadmaps and reliability
strategy
- Conduct research to aid in product development and tools
selection
- Participate in on-call support rotations
- Actively monitor key metrics, reports on trends, and make
improvement recommendations
- Facilitate an Engineering Community of Practice for your
product(s)
- Contribute to engineering automation, management or development
of production level systemsqualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree or diploma (or equivalent
experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software
Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant
industry experience are also eligible
- Three+ years of engineering experience
- Significant iOS knowledge and experience, specifically around
Swift, SwiftUI and the MVVM model
- Experience and knowledge in App performance tools such as Xcode
Instruments and Firebase
- Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new
emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in mobile
development
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles and best-practices.
- Experience working with bug tracking and task management
software such as JIRA, etc.
- Experience developing solutions for retail or eCommerce
businesses and other relevant domains such as manufacturing &
logistics, supply chain, or corporate shared services
- Experience in Agile development methodologiesmust haves

Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a
pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position is from $117,500-161,590 annually; the base pay offered is
based on market location and may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our
total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be
eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to
