will be located in Seattle, WA.Seeking a highly skilled and
experienced Senior Finance Analyst to play a crucial role in
financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes,
providing valuable insights to drive business growth and
profitability.What this job involves:
- Detailed forecast analysis including Budget vs. Actual spending
and Forecast vs. Actual spending
- Annual Budget planning preparation and development
- Assist budget owners in researching and identifying budget
corrections needed in client PO system (Coupa)
- Forecast accuracy reporting
- Monthly & quarterly report generation (TM1)
- Validate proper invoice coding and propose reclasses as
needed
- Support team's efforts to develop efficient reporting
strategies including automation and simplification of reporting
processes while preserving data integrity
- Maintain working knowledge of Master Services Agreement (MSA)
and any relevant amendments or appendices
- Support and track client billing activities vs. client
budget
- Ensure the accounts receivable objectives and metrics are met -
oversee maintenance and research on AR over 30 days past due
- Assist with the calculation of fees (i.e. Management, At-Risk,
and Incentive) as needed.
- Maintain and enhance reporting
- Participate in the development and distribution of best
practices, process documentation, and user support materials for
reporting.
- Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting, and
communication.
- Analyze performance data to forecast/trend.
- Ensure compliance with both internal and external auditors
- Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.Sound like you? To

- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- At least 4 years relevant experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills required
- Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications;
experience with JD Edwards platforms a plus
- Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of
operation
- Ability to collaborate across many levels
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and ability to make
effective decisions and solve problems
- Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Excellent level of customer service skills
- Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned
- Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal

97,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per yearLocation: Remote - Seattle, WAIf
