of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the
office 2-3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the
office the remaining days of the week. ABOUT THE ROLE The Third
Party Resilience Program Analyst will be responsible for managing
vendor relationships across the vendor lifecycle and management
process. The position will facilitate the development and
maintenance of the third-party vendor management program, policy
and procedures. Additionally, the role provides governance,
guidance, and oversight of the enterprise-wide third-party
management program. This position will work at the discretion of
the Business Continuity and Resilience Director to implement
program components to enhance and maintain the firm's resiliency.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for managing vendor
relationships across the vendor lifecycle phases - Facilitates the
development and maintenance of the third-party vendor management
program and policy - Provide governance and oversight for the
enterprise-wide third-party management program - Ensures all
vendors are onboarded, contracted, and managed according to
third-party risk management policy - Coordinates audit and
compliance requests to ensure vendor(s) meet and maintain standards
- Identifies opportunities for strategic improvements that reduce
the likelihood of vendor service interruptions - Coordinates with
parent company to ensure Parametric's third-party vendor management
activities align - Manage Fusion Risk Management vendor management
tool; develop relevant reporting metrics to leadership - Support
implementation of monitoring and tracking vendor SLAs, contracts,
and performance - Establish partnership with vendor stakeholders
and coordinate closely with teams to ensure proper engagement and
governance is being followed during onboarding, due diligence, and
the overall life cycle phase - Work closely with vendor
stakeholders to ensure required artifacts for vendors, such as
vendor onboarding process, ongoing monitoring artifacts, vendor
business reviews, vendor scorecards, etc. - Manage and prepare
business continuity and disaster recovery third-party vendor risk
management exercises - Lead vendor resolution, activities,
inquiries, incidents, service requests, and escalation during an
incident/outage - Build, support, and implement the development of
vendor SLAs; Document and track SLAs and SLOs (Objectives) for
third party services; Assess contractual SLAs and determine
adequacy; develop SLAs, as required J OB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's
degree required - 2-5 years' of experience in vendor management,
risk management, governance, or business continuity - Experience at
a financial services organization is highly desirable - Experience
with Fusion Risk Management - Well organized with the ability to
independently manage deliverables and meet deadlines - Ability to
forecast, apply both strategic and critical thinking to help
proactively find solutions - Familiarity with business continuity,
disaster recovery and technical data centers / co-location

position: $70,000 - $150,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be
eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the
relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also
