Choice:We are seeking a highly organized Quality Assurance
Specialist (Temporary) with excellent attention to detail to
support our growing organization. In this position, you will work
cross-functionally with internal and external teams to support both
the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions.You will enjoy
independent work as part of a supportive team, have great attention
to detail, are willing to perform repetitive tasks, enjoy a
fast-paced agile working environment, be a critical thinker, and
have strong written and communication skills.As a Quality
Specialist (Temporary), a typical day might include a mix of the
following:Ensure up-to-date standard operating procedures, work
instructions, and forms are publicly available.Work with teams to
upload and maintain records in the electronic Quality Management
System.Assist in identifying and developing training plans and
tracking training for all new GMP employees.Provide support for
internal and external audits as needed.Assist in the resolution of
non-conformances in a participative, proactive and positive
manner.Complete inspections on finished goods from trial runs &
first productions by following established procedures and
standards.Provide departmental administrative support.Other
responsibilities as assigned by your manager.The Details:Location:
We are based in Seattle, and although we are looking nationally,
local candidates are preferred.Hours: Typically, regular business
hours, but some flexibility and extended hours requiredPhysical
requirements: Ability to both sit for long periods of time & handle
long periods of screen timeTravel requirements: N/AWhat you'll
bring to the table:Prior experience in document control within
personal care, pharmaceutical, or related industryFamiliar with GMP
training programs.Knowledge of quality management systems, document
control principles, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Good
Manufacturing Practices, ISO standards, and FDA regulations).1-3
years of experience in Quality.Strong interpersonal and teamwork
skills and the ability to build productive working relationships
across a diverse spectrum of people.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.Strong
independent workerRobust organizational with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent oral and written
communication skillsA critical thinker and meticulous attention to
detailWhat can help you really stand out:Previous experience with
Good Manufacturing PracticesPrior experience with GMP training
programs.Prior experience writing, editing, reviewing, and
approving SOPs, WIs, Policies, etc.Approximate Salary Range Based
on Experience and Location:$25.00 -$27.00 USD/hourlyPaula's Choice

internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the
relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within
our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and
may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.For new
hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new
employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is
determined by various factors including experience, skills,
education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also
eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus
